Using the Steam Sterilizer

Add water to the outer cylinder and place the sterilized items in the inner cylinder. Cover the sterilizer, tighten the screws to ensure it's sealed. Heat the sterilizer using gas or an electric stove, simultaneously opening the exhaust valve to remove cold air; otherwise, the pressure indicated on the pressure gauge will not be entirely steam pressure, and sterilization will be incomplete.

After all the cold air is expelled, close the exhaust valve. Continue heating. When the pressure gauge gradually rises to the required pressure, adjust the heat source to maintain the pressure and temperature (be careful not to exceed it, to avoid accidents) for 15-30 minutes. After the sterilization time is reached, stop heating. When the pressure drops to zero, slowly open the exhaust valve to remove residual gas and open the lid to remove the items. Do not suddenly open the exhaust valve when the pressure has not dropped to zero, to prevent the liquid inside the sterilizer from spraying out.
