Safety performance of high-pressure steam sterilizers

This is the title h1 placeholder text

Summary: Accuracy refers to the deviation between the internal temperature of the sterilization chamber and the set temperature; uniformity refers to the temperature deviation between the top, bottom, left, and right inside the sterilization chamber. Sterilizers with poor accuracy and uniformity can lead to incomplete sterilization or damage to precision instruments in the autoclave.

1. Safety Performance

The safety performance of a high-pressure steam sterilizer is paramount. It must have a self-sensing pressure interlock device that automatically senses the pressure inside the sterilization chamber and locks the handle and chamber lid, effectively preventing steam ejection injuries due to misoperation;

It should also have an over-temperature protection system, a dry-burn protection system, overpressure protection, a lid closure check system, a leakage protection device, overcurrent and short-circuit protection, and anti-scalding safety protection to ensure the safety of the operator.

2. Temperature Accuracy and Uniformity

Accuracy refers to the deviation between the internal temperature of the sterilization chamber and the set temperature; uniformity refers to the temperature deviation between the top, bottom, left, and right of the sterilization chamber. Poor accuracy and uniformity can lead to incomplete sterilization or damage to precision instruments in the high-pressure steam sterilizer.

3. After-Sales Service

Procure from manufacturers and suppliers who provide regular safety performance testing services. Effective after-sales service ensures peace of mind.
